The Construction Project Manager will lead and oversee a $55M healthcare construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Manage all phases of the $55M healthcare construction project, from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with all project team members to ensure smooth communication.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• 3-5+ years as a PM or APM ready to move into PM role
• Must have experience in the Healthcare Construction
• Stable employment history with minimal job hopping
• Commutable to Springfield, MA (no hybrid/ work from home)
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in healthcare.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• A thorough understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
