The Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while ensuring quality and budget goals are met. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong background in construction project management.

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively and efficiently.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Strong background in construction project management within the business services industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes.

My client is a design build general contractor averaging $450M+ in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors (senior living, multifamily, government, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.). They are looking to grow to about $650M in the next 5 years with growth plans implemented to achieve this. They are located in Kansas City and have a solid backlog of work for 2025 and 2026.
