Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while ensuring quality and budget goals are met. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong background in construction project management.

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.

A successful Project Manager should have:
  • Strong background in construction project management within the business services industry.
