We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee local construction projects in Kansas City. This role requires expertise in project coordination and a strong understanding of construction processes within the business services industry.

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align goals and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

My client is a reputable, General Contractor in the Greater Kansas City area. Founded 55+ years ago, they specialize in the commercial, k-12, public, healthcare and multi-family spaces. Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organization!
