About The Care Team:



The Care Team is looking for a Project Lead/Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and passionate about solving problems to support our team in providing exceptional hospice care.

Position Summary:



The Project Lead/Coordinator will oversee technology asset management, create SOPs and processes to track inventory, maintain accurate records, and audit invoices on a routine basis to ensure assets and billing are appropriately managed on a go-forward basis. This role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is process-minded, detail-oriented, and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track IT assets, including tablets, laptops, phones, and other devices. Develop, implement, and determine the best way to maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Maintain accurate records of all assets deployed, inventory, repairs, and replacements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, associate's degree, and/or bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Project management experience is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
