We are seeking a strategic and experienced Project Executive to lead our Project Management team and oversee high-value architectural woodwork projects for our rapidly growing Casework & Millwork Division located in Oakdale, PA.. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to drive operational excellence, mentor PM Team and engage with clients at an executive level

What you will do:

Provide leadership and oversight for the PM team, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects Direct oversite of flagship or complex capital projects from concept to completion Act as executive liaison for key clients, supporting business development and strategic partnerships Review, approve, and drive milestone schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans Drive process improvement and standardization across project workflows Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Install teams to align priorities and resources Lead project cost forecasting reviews and implement lessons learned initiatives Support Director of Operations in strategic planning and resource allocation

What you will need to be successful:

5+ years of project management experience in architectural woodwork, casework, construction, or custom manufacturing Proven success in leading teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget Determination and adaptability to overcome challenges and own outcomes Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills Ability to interpret architectural and shop drawings Experience with estimating, scheduling, and margin defense Proficiency in project management software; Innergy experience is a plus
