Job Description

The Project Executive oversees multiple large-scale construction projects, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and leads a team of PMs. They lead project teams, mentor managers, and serve as the key executive liaison between clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery of construction projects.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

A successful Project Executive should have:

• Brings 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership over large-scale commercial or institutional projects.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications (LEED AP, PMP) are a plus.
• A strong background in construction management within the business services industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
