Job Description

The Project Executive will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role is pivotal in managing teams, fostering client relationships, and driving project success.

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or risks that arise.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards across all projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth and repeat opportunities.
