Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Executive to join our clients medium-sized general contractor. They are looking for someone with connections in the commercial construction industry along with leadership experience to come in and support the immediate team.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in the Property industry.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

A successful PX should have:
  • Proven expertise in construction project management within the Property industry.
  • Strong experience in a commercial construction market vertical.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
This is a small-medium sized general contractor supporting the aviation, municipal, and retail construction markets in the construction market. They have a strong reputation as an up and coming GC in Atlanta.
