• Work with the Project Manager on assembling the bid/budget of the project
• Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors in the market
• Set up the project alongside the Project Manager
• Develop a thorough understanding of the project plans and specifications
• Facilitating regular meetings with all project partners
• Prepare change orders, subcontract change orders and other documents
• Working with the project team to prepare and distribute meeting minutes, RFI\'s, RFP\'s, etc.
• Process shop drawings, submittals, design clarifications, project supplements, safety inspection reports, subcontractor and supplier billings, etc.
• Assisting the PM in collecting all required project closeout information

• Experienced Project Engineer with 1-3 years of experience overseeing ground up commercial construction projects
• Projects should include:commercial office space, healthcare, light industrial, aviation, etc.
• Ability to learn ans grow with a fast paced company
• The desire to become a Project Manager in the future
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus
