• Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to OSHPD guidelines and standards.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to guide project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and records.
• Provide technical support and resolve onsite issues as they arise.
