Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Construction Project Engineer to support project management efforts across healthcare and institutional construction sites. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow, learn field operations, and take ownership of project documentation and coordination.
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination and project documentation
- Maintain and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure deliverables remain on schedule
- Help manage site logistics and safety documentation
- Support procurement tracking and ensure materials are on-site when needed
- Learn project workflows from preconstruction through closeout
