is seeking a

Technical Project Director

to lead the end -to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large scale technical projects

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, serve as a liaison between developers and stakeholders, and ensure everyone has a shared understanding of goals and milestones Work with leadership to define long-term strategy, drive process improvements, and ensure programs align with business objectives Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and proactively remove roadblocks to keep projects on track Provide technical direction, assess technical feasibility, and sure the right balance of cost and benefit Effectively communicate program status, technical details, and requirements to a wide range of audiences from engineers to executives

Minimum Requirements/Core Skills

B.S Degree + 15 years of experience in related discipline Deep knowledge in relevant technical field, with experience in building scalable platforms, products or services Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to contribute to execute long-term technical strategy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges Superior ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment Management of personnel resources to motivate, develop and direct people as they work
