Commercial Solar Arizona is a Commercial & Industrial EPC delivering high-quality solar solutions for top-tier clients. We're seeking a detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

to support our Project Managers and Construction teams in delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.

What You'll Do

Support commercial solar projects from contract through completion Assist with permitting, utility interconnection, inspections, and project documentation Track project schedules, budgets, costs, and materials Coordinate with Project Managers, field teams, vendors, utilities, and AHJs Maintain accurate project files in cloud systems Provide timely project updates and excellent customer service
What We're Looking For

1-2 years of construction or project coordination experience (solar preferred) Knowledge of Arizona building/electrical codes a plus Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or PM software experience preferred
Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred Clean driving record; ability to travel within Arizona Occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
