Project Coordinator

This job is for a position at a family owned residential remodeling company. The project coordinator will work with the sales person as well as project managers to make sure projects are moving along so that they can be scheduled. Strong communication skills will be required.

Responsibilities:

Assist sales person and project manager with material lists, material orders, and scheduling. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, project managers to help ensure materials are aligning with project time lines. Handle emergency or last-minute material requests. Help maintain and organize inventory space and help track job material costs. Help maintain detailed records of customer selections as well as receipts.
Qualifications:

- 2 Years experience in the construction industry (ideally residential remodel)

- Computer literacy especially in Word and Excel (or related programs like Docs)

- Experience with Sketchup a plus

- Able to deal with constant changes in projects

- Basic problem solving skills

- Spanish speaking is a plus
