Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating various activities across multiple projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination to contribute to high-profile projects within a dynamic environment. Candidates should possess experience with construction management, excellent communication skills and bilingual.

Duties

Project organization

: Coordinate project schedules, resources, and tasks to keep the project moving forward.

Communication

: Serve as a liaison between project teams on site and the client.

Documentation

: Maintain and update project documentation in the project management software to include budgets, contracts, and approvals.

Progress tracking

: Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders and clients.

Budget and risk management

: Help with budget monitoring and assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.

Work Hours

: ProResponse observes a traditional 8am-5pm M-F work schedule, however the nature of this industry requires there to be after hour work frequently. Often times subcontractors and clients will reach out after normal business hours and it's important that we're always available by phone and email.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
