Executive Builders - St George, UT

Full-Time or Part-Time | Pay: Based on Experience

About Executive Builders:
At Executive Builders, we're known for our commitment to quality, integrity, and clear communication. As a trusted general contractor in the St George area, we specialize in residential and light commercial construction projects. We're expanding and looking for a skilled professional who can wear both the project manager and sales rep hats--someone who's as comfortable on a job site as they are in front of a client.

Position Summary:

We're seeking a driven and experienced individual with a background in construction, project management, and sales. This role requires someone who can oversee jobs from estimate to completion, maintain client satisfaction, and help us continue growing our footprint in Southern Utah.

What You'll Do:

Manage construction projects from start to finish Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Create and deliver bids, estimates, and proposals Coordinate and schedule subcontractors Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the St George area

What We're Looking For:

Experience in construction, project management, or cusotmer service preferred Solid knowledge of residential and light commercial construction practices Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Proficiency with estimating tools, spreadsheets, and communication software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
