Rapid Axis is growing!

We are looking for a Manufacturing Project Coordinator to help with our ever growing business.

In this role you will report directly to the CEO & Manager of Operations to support them in day to day coordination and sales order processing duties. You will be responsible for light client interaction and helping to maintain our production schedule. You will keep us organized and from missing any details as we grow.

Your day to day job duties will include but not be limited to:
-Answering general phone calls and answering simple customer inquiries
-Keep us clerically organized
-Helping with job scheduling and shipping of product
-Helping with tasks whatever they may be through our cloud based task list
-Relaying project updates to clients
-Assisting in periodic deliveries to clients
-Setting up customer accounts
-Working with Accounts Payables/Receivables
-Issue Quotes to customers and answer basic questions
-Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and answer basic questions

In this role you will have hybrid in-house manufacturing and outsourced manufacturing management responsibilities. You will work with customers on technical questions and RMA's, our ideal candidate will have some fabrication experience or technical understanding of fabrication already.

Education/Experience Required:
-Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineering or similar.
-Minimum of 3-5 years in a professional environment w/Manufacturing experience
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar software
-Valid driver's license and active insurance
