Position Overview
We're seeking a
Project Coordinator
who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving. In this role, you'll help bring our sales team's vision to life by coordinating every operational and logistical step -- from order placement to installation -- ensuring each project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Oversee timelines and ensure key milestones such as delivery, installation, and inspection are met.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage installation schedules and logistics across multiple states.
Shipment Tracking:
Monitor estimated ship dates, lead times, and delivery updates for multiple product lines.
Procurement:
Order equipment, jobsite tools, and rentals (e.g., augers, lifts, supplies) necessary for successful installations.
Customer Communication:
Provide clear project updates and serve as the point of contact for client questions regarding deliveries and scheduling.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate, organized project files in our CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring every job is well-documented and audit-ready.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve project challenges, file claims for missing parts or delivery issues, and coordinate solutions with vendors and installers.
Qualifications
2+ years
of experience in project coordination, logistics, purchasing, or construction management.
Construction knowledge
required to understand site requirements and installation processes.
Strong
organizational, multitasking, and time management
skills.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
abilities.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
and
cloud-based tools (Google Drive, etc.)
.
CRM or project tracking experience preferred (we use
Pipedrive
).
High school diploma or equivalent required;
associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
.
Experience in playground, construction, or outdoor recreation industries is a plus.

Benefits
Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience, performance, and industry knowledge
