We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our Design + Build Firm. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project selections planning, execution, and completion by coordinating orders and purchases for the projects. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and the design team to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Duties
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using HouzzPro.
Coordinate with field teams to track progress
Manage documentation including selections, orders and client allowances.
Utilize construction management software such as HouzzPro.
Monitor project milestones and update schedules.
Assist in procurement activities and tracking of materials and equipment
Requirements
Experience in design / construction coordination or design / construction management roles
Knowledge of construction project scheduling, and project management principles is a plus but not required
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively is a plus but not required
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
