We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Mechanical Construction projects and project management teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth project execution, accurate documentation, and timely communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project budgets Generate and circulate weekly job cost projection reports; update as needed Maintain equipment release logs and track material orders and deliveries Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, Project Managers, and Site Superintendents to ensure timely equipment and material delivery Organize and maintain project folders with the most current contract documents, ASIs, and bulletins Communicate updates to the project team and VDC department Participate in weekly invoice reviews and approvals; verify phasing, available funds, and receipt of goods/services Track and manage purchase orders and ensure proper phasing for invoices Support scheduling of meetings and maintain up-to-date logs for the Senior Project Manager team

Experience & Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination High school diploma or GED required General understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Advanced computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
