As a Project Coordinator, you will support the administration of class action settlements by coordinating project tasks, managing data, and communicating with clients and internal teams. You will report to the
Director of Project Management
and work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and summarize settlement agreements and legal documents.
Coordinate internal and external resources (IT, contact center, mailroom, finance, vendors).
Maintain and update project schedules and task tracking systems.
Gather, clean, and analyze claimant data (e.g., names, addresses, phone numbers).
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors.
Prepare and deliver project reports and status updates.
Process claims, handle correspondence, and manage customer service inquiries.
Prioritize and coordinate clerical tasks with administrative staff.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project management, administration, or paralegal work.
Experience in class action claims administration is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable learning and using web-based technologies.
Self-starter with a client-service mindset and a team-first attitude.
