Job Description

Under the direction of the Manager, the project coordinator will perform and oversee various project processes and the application helpdesk. A high level of professionalism is required as this position will interact will all departments and executive teams. This individual will drive the business request process through a project management approach which emphasizes posing analytical questions, coordinating the collection of information, and collaborating for a solution.

This is a 5 days a week in-office position in either Bonita Springs FL or Mechanicsburg PA.

Responsibilities:

Maintain PMO policies & procedures in the Documentation Library. Review and scrutinize incoming charter requests for completeness and clarity. Create business requests using information obtained from the charter submission. Escalate to the PMO leadership team any urgent charter submissions. Act as SharePoint liaison making sure templates and forms are up to date. Reconcile information from different sources, such as databases, Mantis, Smartsheet and SharePoint to ensure all systems reflect up to date data. Work with business owners to regularly prioritize open Business Requests. Triage defects, data updates, and production support requests submitted by business owners via mantis. Train new hires on Mantis, and other related systems as requested by the PMO Manager. Assist with Mantis Management. Facilitate pre-release and post-release communications. Successfully engage in multiple projects simultaneously showing initiative and self-motivation while following PMO standards as articulated in policies and procedures. Maintain a positive work environment. Facilitate SQTs for client billable projects. Other duties as needed

Qualifications:


High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or managed care industry preferred.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
A strong administrative background is preferred.
Organizational and time management skills

Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability and desire to learn and manage detailed processes and documentation.

Ability to work independently within guidelines

Strong problem-solving skills with independent decision-making ability. Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience and skills.
