This is not a remote position and does require you to be local to Fargo, ND

Summary:

Assist with the day-to-day operations and help the Project Managers with assigned tasks.

Duties:

Work with commercial & retail customers & contractors Link documents to work orders, contracts, and purchase orders within software Assists in preparing cut lists & fabrication releases Download and print plans Assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory is correct Participate in year-end inventory Helps create CAD drawings for construction projects Help with material take off's Record damaged material receiving and file freight claim Report damaged material to PM Partners with our Safety Department and Operations Leadership to promote and ensure a safe work environment and ensure all safety precautions are met. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications

The individual must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, as well as proven customer service.
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work under minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and professionally interact with others. Experience in the construction industry is required.

Education Requirements

Position prefers a High School Diploma with a basic understanding of the office setting operations.

Licenses & Certifications

A valid driver's license with the ability to be covered under the company's insurance.

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of computers and various computer programs (MS Office)
Knowledge of CAD is preferred
Willingness to take on and/or learn new things
Willingness to promote & represent the Company

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
