About Us



We are a specialty remodeling and cabinetry company based in St. Michaels, Maryland. Our projects include bathrooms, kitchens, and custom millwork across the Eastern Shore, with additional commercial millwork jobs in the Washington, DC area. Our in-house workshop builds high-quality cabinetry and casework with a focus on precision and craftsmanship.

We're a lean, high-accountability team with one goal: to deliver every job at 5-star quality. We're now hiring a Project Coordinator who can help keep our projects, field teams, and customer communications on track.

The Role



You'll coordinate multiple small remodeling projects (typically 3-5 active jobs at a time), while also supporting estimating and job costing. You'll be on job sites as needed, helping communicate with subcontractors, document progress, and follow up with customers.

This is

not an administrative assistant role

. We are looking for someone who thrives on responsibility and can manage tasks across the office, job site, and client relationship.

Not an Admin Role.

This is not an entry-level office job. Applicants without experience in construction, project coordination, or estimating will not be considered.
You must be able to manage multiple jobs, coordinate with tradespeople, and communicate directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate field schedules and subcontractors across multiple jobs Regularly visit job sites weekly (Eastern Shore) to verify progress and take photos Track labor hours, materials, receipts, and subcontractor invoices Communicate with customers to provide regular updates and support Assist with pricing, take-offs, and proposal preparation as needed Close out each job with organized financial and field documentation Occasionally support commercial millwork projects in Washington, DC

What We're Looking For



Strong communicator who finishes what they start Field-ready and comfortable working with installers and customers Familiarity with construction terminology and sequencing Able to follow costing and job documentation processes Self-starter with pride in keeping projects organized and on time Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Preferred Experience



2-5 years in construction coordination, estimating, remodeling, or job costing Familiarity with cabinetry, millwork, or interior renovation Experience reading drawings, scopes, and doing take-offs QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or basic project budgeting

Compensation & Growth Path



Pay

: $20-$25/hour based on experience

Substantial quarterly performance bonus
