?Grande Decor is a dynamic design-build firm specializing in custom residential projects. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to provide dedicated support to our Project Manager and project team.
?What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
?
System Management:
Serve as the main administrator for our construction management software (
Buildertrend
). You will be trained to manage all project documentation, schedules, change orders, RFIs, and client communication within the platform.
?
Documentation & Data Integrity:
Ensure all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and organized in the system, maintaining
high data integrity
across all project phases.

Sales & Design Support:
Organize proposal paperwork, draft the Scope of Work (SOW), and ensure design plans align with written specifications.
?
Pre-Construction & Permitting:
Assist with tracking the permitting process, organizing contracts, and coordinating the initial ordering of long-lead-time materials.
?
Construction Coordination:
Manage ongoing material tracking, assist with re-ordering damaged or missing items, and provide daily administrative support to the Project Manager during scheduled workdays.
?Work Schedule and Compensation
?
This is a part-time position
requiring approximately
9-10 hours per week to start
for dedicated project support. The amount of hours will increase as experience is gained. Up to 15 hours per week within 90 days.
?Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and the part-time nature of the role.
?Qualifications We're Looking For
?
Technical Aptitude:
Strong ability to quickly learn and master new software systems
(like Buildertrend, which we will train you on). Experience managing data, schedules, or documentation in any complex database, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), or project management software is highly valued.
?
Experience:
1+ year of experience
in a project administration or support role, or a recent college graduate with a relevant degree and strong internship experience.
?
Foundation Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel/Google Sheets for data organization) and a strong comfort level with cloud-based tools.
?Strong organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail.
?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
