Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The This position will plan, and report complex projects for the organization. The Project Coordinator will also update the customer(s) regularly on the progress of their order(s).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Keep customers and management informed on all aspects of each job.

Track down and resolve issues that could impact quality, schedule, or cost.

Ensure On Time Delivery of each job.

Leads an interdepartmental team to complete jobs on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.

Conduct risk assessments: report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigating risk.

Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.

Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Understanding of Machining processes a plus.

Experience with an AS9100 work environment a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when appropriate.

Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
