Swift Restoration & Remodeling is seeking a highly organized

Project Coordinator

to support our Project Managers in the administration and execution of construction and remodeling projects. This role is essential to keeping our projects running smoothly and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients from start to finish.

As a Project Coordinator, you will help manage project workflow, track progress, schedule subcontractors and in-house crew members, and maintain clear communication among clients, insurance partners, and our internal team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers. Assist with preparing estimates and project documentation. Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, and subcontractors. Coordinate and track material orders and deliveries. Prepare subcontractor agreements and ensure proper documentation is collected. Meet with clients to guide them through material selections (flooring, paint, finishes, etc.). Monitor job costing and budget tracking for projects. Source and vet reliable subcontractors as needed. Perform site visits to evaluate progress and verify quality control. Support Project Managers with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience in

customer service

and

construction

(restoration/remodeling experience is a plus). Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and Word

; general computer literacy is essential. Strong organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, dependability, and ethical judgment. Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and task ownership. Ability to maintain an organized and clean workspace. Positive attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
