Description & Requirements
As a Project Manager, Associate supporting the Hospitality team at Infor, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the implementation of the Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) to our customers. In this administrative role, you will assist in managing project plans, resources, timelines, and communications to ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent deployments. Working under the guidance of a Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing implementation tasks, maintaining project schedules, tracking deliverables, and supporting customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

• Collaboration within a team of project managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget and are completed according to agreed-upon standardized plan.
• Keeping appropriate client and Infor resources informed of project progress, completing weekly Project Status Reports, dashboard reports, participating in weekly PM meetings and communicating appropriately with client project sponsors, client department leadership, and staff.
• Ensuring all project resources are identified, forecasted, and able to post billable time.
• Completing timely and accurate client invoicing and monitoring outstanding receivables.
• Shared responsibility for individual property kick-off call.
• Coordinating seminar (remote) training.
• Interface/data migration scheduling.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience including resource scheduling.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with project coordination or associate project management responsibilities.
Experience in managing multiple project timelines and workstreams simultaneously.
Experience with task tracking or documentation tools. * US citizen, resident or green card holder required for Government Cloud support.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or related experience.
• Experience delivering customer service in a hospitality or client-facing environment.
• Experience with U.S. government-funded military projects and/or programs.
