Major Duties & Responsibilities1. Communication

Represent Mike's Quality Painting with professionalism and positivity at all times. Provide excellent customer service no matter the situation. Contact customers to confirm project dates and collect color selections. Clearly communicate project details and confidently answer customer questions.

2. Office Administration

Send project updates to customers through calls, text and email. Work closely with the Production Manager daily, supporting all upcoming projects. Assist Salespeople, Crew Leaders, and field staff whenever needed. Be ready to step up and help wherever the team needs you.

Skills & Abilities

Strong administrative abilities. Proficient in MS Office and cloud-based platforms such as CRMs, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Excellent typing skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Outstanding customer service skills. Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask. Works well under pressure and adapts quickly when situations change. A team player who is willing to collaborate and assist wherever needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
