Job Purpose

The Project Controls team is accountable for the development, management, update, and analysis of project schedules and costs for a $1B+ portfolio of complex capital electric projects.

Key Accountabilities

Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks. Create and maintain project control databases and tracking systems. Summarize project performance metrics and provide specialized direction and recommendations to the project teams and management for the resolution of diverse project controls issues. Develop relationships and build networks within the Capital Delivery team; intake data and reporting requests, and develop accessible, responsive, and creative solutions for our internal customers Build beautiful, engaging, reliable, and accurate reports and dashboards within Power BI that deliver actionable insights to project teams and senior leadership Analyze a broad variety of project data to evaluate and report on project performance, health, cost, and schedule KPIs ###

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in any discipline, with preference for STEM, computer science, or construction engineering 1-3 years of proven relevant experience Developing listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel) is required Proficiency in Power BI & BI Workspaces is a bonus Previous utility project management and/or project controls experience welcome ###

Salary

: $83,000 - $98,000


This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
