ambitious, coachable, and self-driven Project Consultant

This is a

commission-only

position with

no earnings cap

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you will guide homeowners through their painting projects and close sales using our proven sales process.

Lead Management & Prospecting

Contact inbound and outbound leads provided by the company Run scheduled estimate appointments Generate your own leads through: Door-to-door outreach Networking Relationship-building Referrals and neighborhood marketing Company provides leads based on performance. Reps who meet KPIs receive up to 50% company-generated leads.*

Sales & Customer Interaction

Understand each client's project goals and recommend the best package Prepare and present clear, accurate estimates Follow up consistently using our CRM and communication system Build strong rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships Execute our proven, step-by-step sales process Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for: Follow-up Appointment volume Self-generated leads Closing ratio

Professional Responsibilities

Maintain organized notes and documentation Attend weekly training and accountability meetings Collaborate closely with project managers and office staff Represent AA Total Painting with professionalism, honesty, and confidence

Earnings & Compensation

This is a

commission-only

role -- your income is fully driven by your performance.

Average Performers Earn:

$85,000 - $120,000 per year

Top Performers Earn:

$130,000 - $180,000+ per year

What You Bring

Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass a background check Ability to walk properties and inspect surfaces Smartphone with data Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

Full-time Flexible hours Evening or Saturday appointments as needed
