Project Based Seamstress

La Belle Tifi is a women's apparel company.
La Belle Tifi Inc creates trendy apparel for women of all shapes, sizes and colors.
The root of our work is based around helping women find styles that cater to their unique body shapes while highlighting their distinct personality. We take women from being overwhelmed about figuring out what to wear to feeling confident and resilient in their La Belle Tifi apparel.
We are hiring local seamstresses that have the following qualifications:
1. 10+ years of sewing experience
2. Experienced with sewing stretch fabric.
3. Has their own serger, coverstitch and single stitch sewing machines and are able to work from their own sewing studio.
4. Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
5. Eligible to work in the USA (W4).
6. Must be able to commute to our office located in Sugar Land for pick up assignment tech packs and deliver completed projects by project due date.
This position is project based and very flexible.

Pay is calculated by the type of apparel made and has a structure which pays more depending on the complexity of the design.
All materials and patterns are provided but you must have your own sewing machines and be able to work within your own sewing studio.
Currently, we are only seeking local seamstresses in the Houston or South West Houston area that can commute to our office.
We are looking for long term business relationships so although this position is project based- our goal is to hire seamstresses that can grow into a full time position with benefits.
