Summary
The Project Support Coordinator provides essential support to the project management team by maintaining Product Specification Data Sheets (PSDS), coordinating with customers, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication of product specifications. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in project operations, customer coordination, and production documentation.
Responsibilities
Create new PSDS documents.
Update existing PSDS documents as needed.
Conduct first production overview sessions.
Troubleshoot fill and assembly steps with customers.
Review newly received components for PSDS relevance.
Communicate updates and deviations on PSDS to all internal stakeholders.
Ensure PSDS content is updated daily as information changes.
Review updated BOMs shared by customers and cross-check against current processes.
Log and track new jobs requiring new PSDS creation.
Create, track, and share master case and palletization information with customers as requested.
Establish finished goods procedures and process agreements with new customers.
Create summaries for all customers to establish basic profiles of requirements.
Update customer profiles and summaries as needed.
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation.
Basic understanding of production processes and documentation workflows is a plus.
Customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
