About This Role





We are seeking a

Project Assistant

to support our project management team. The Project Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations by assisting with documentation, coordination, and communication across teams.


What You'll Do




Assist in the planning, execution, and successful completion of mechanical and automation control projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with the estimating team to review and validate project budgets, scopes, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and addressing needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication across all stakeholders. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports. Ensure all projects adhere to applicable building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations, and proactively address any compliance issues that arise. Order and track materials and equipment to make sure that our jobs run efficiently and smoothly.

What You'll Bring




High school diploma or GED equivalent Knowledge of HVAC and/or building automation controls industry is a bonus - not required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and running a computer. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
