Brunson Construction, Inc. is looking for a Project Assistant who is highly motivated and organized. The person must have good general computer knowledge and be well versed in all Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to multi-task and be efficient in operating in a fast-pace work environment. The position will be the liaison between subcontractors, architects, vendors, superintendents, and project managers and will help coordinate field activities for projects assigned.
Responsibilities:
Manage project files, track submittals, RFI (Request for Information) logs
Assist with preparing bid packages, contracts, and purchase orders
Assist with developing and tracking project budgets, estimates, and change orders
Help create and maintain project schedules and monitor progress
Coordinate logistics and material deliveries
Assist with sourcing, hiring, and managing subcontractors and vendors
Review and approve subcontractor progress payments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
