PROJECT ARCHITECT

We specialize in commercial building design, K-12 and higher education facilities, and residential buildings, providing comprehensive architectural and engineering services to public and private sector clients. Our portfolio includes renovations and new construction for school districts, colleges, residential housing, and industrial, retail, and commercial clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our collaborative team and lead diverse projects from concept through construction administration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead space planning, code analysis, and building design for housing, commercial, and educational facilities Develop detailed construction documents and specifications Coordinate with engineering disciplines and consultants Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications Conduct construction administration and site observations

Qualifications

Licensed Architect (or ability to obtain licensure within two years) Proficiency in Revit preferred Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven team player with collaborative approach to problem-solving Commitment to supporting colleagues, responding to client needs, and contributing to firm success Ability to work effectively across disciplines and defer to management direction when appropriate Familiarity with emerging AI tools for design, rendering, or documentation a plus Experience with educational, commercial, or residential projects preferred
