Responsibilities:
Lead project teams and conduct client meetings
Prepare and oversee construction documents and project deliverables
Act as the main point of contact for all technical issues
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project timelines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
2-4 years of relevant architectural / project experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD (BIM/Revit a plus)
Strong technical knowledge of design and construction
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
