Job Summary



The

Project Analyst

supports Agile Dream Team's strategic and operational initiatives by applying analytical, quantitative, and process improvement methodologies. This role conducts performance measurement, data analysis, and evaluation of transportation and infrastructure programs to enhance efficiency, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives. The Project Analyst plays a key role in connecting data insights to actionable strategies for leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities



Conduct

quantitative and qualitative analyses

to support planning, performance evaluation, and business improvement efforts. Apply theories, principles, and practices of

transportation planning, project management, and performance oversight

. Develop and maintain

key performance indicators (KPIs)

and metrics to measure organizational efficiency and outcomes. Analyze and interpret financial, operational, and project-related data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Support the design and implementation of

process improvement initiatives

using industry best practices from both public and private sectors. Prepare

analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations

for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analysis into strategic and project planning. Provide recommendations for improving data collection, reporting accuracy, and operational transparency.

Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of

4 years of experience

performing quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and metric development. Proficiency in

Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical and data visualization tools

. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and performance management frameworks.

Licenses/Certifications:

license required; PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.

Residency:

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to

Washington D.C.

(on-site position).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate data into meaningful insights for decision-makers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $91,389.30 - $110,060.23 per year
