Job Description

NAR Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") is a privately owned niche financial and real estate asset acquisitions and servicing company based in Omaha, NE. We are seeking a positive individual to fill our available role of Customer Service Representative II.

Job Summary



This position focuses on providing support to the Servicing Manager in the efficient and effective execution of the Servicing Department's responsibilities. In addition, the position assists the Call Center Department with diligently attending to the Company's communications with external parties including, but not limited to, taxpayers, contractors, and government employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



- Participates in managing the lien portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding of liens, entry of payments, legal fees, and status updates

- Assists in ensuring funds due to the Company are appropriately tracked and received in a timely manner

- Assists in developing, refining, and/or implementing lien servicing policies, strategies, processes, and procedures in an effort to maximize efficiency and minimize risk to the Company.

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to, Underwriting/Acquisitions, Accounting, and Information Technology to optimize lien servicing operations.

- Ensures personal compliance with established policies and procedures

- Performs the day-to-day operations of the Servicing Department, including, but not limited to, performing investment reconcilations, document verification and validation, and correspondence management

- Provides support for the Company's quarterly investment purchasing projects, primarily in the areas of interaction with jurisdictions and overall project management

- Provides support for monthly investment audits and reconcilations

- Supports and collaborates with the Company's Call Center Department, as needed, to handle incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone, email and chat in a friendly and professional manner

- Recognizes and escalates external communications, when necessary, as per established protocols

- Meets or exceeds communication quality and productivity standards as defined by management

- Provides daily and/or weekly shift summaries and reports with Manager, as requested

- Provides administrative support to office, as directed

Minimum Qualifications



- Associate's degree in Accounting or similar business field

- 2 years of professional experience

- Ability to exhibit proficiency with Microsoft Office products (primarily Excel and Word)

- Strong ability to effectively communicate with others both verbally and in writing

- Conversationally fluent in English

- Active listener and strong reading/comprehension skills

- Works well on both team and individual assignments

- Positive, professional tone, voice, and demeanor.

- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

- Proficient with technology, including web-based applications.

- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with emphasis on accuracy.

- Ability to exhibit high level of concentration, basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages), attention to detail, initiative, multitasking, and organizational skills

- Demonstrates critical thinking and growth mindset with the ability to learn, analyze, interpret, problem solve and identify solutions

Preferred Qualifications



- Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting or similar business field

Working Conditions



This position is largely sedentary and can be in office in Omaha, NE or remote. Standard hours for the position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central with a one hour lunch provided each working day. Weekend work is not expected but may be required from time to time. Travel is not expected with this position.

Pay: $52,500.00 per year
