We're a small, locally owned maintenance and construction company looking for a
Project Administrator
who can help keep projects organized and moving.
This role is
hands-on
and involves a little bit of everything -- scheduling, paperwork, vendor coordination, and helping oversee daily project operations. You'll be the main point of contact between ownership, field supervisor, subs, and clients.
Coordinate schedules and project activities
Communicate with vendors, subs, and clients
Handle permits, invoices, submittals, and daily project paperwork
Track budgets and deadlines
Help keep projects organized and on schedule
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction admin or coordination (preferred)
Strong organization and communication skills
Able to work independently and multitask
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
Independent and team-oriented work style
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic project software
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to track supplies, administer contracts, and maintain accurate records
Knowledge of construction, maintenance, or janitorial operations a plus
Positive attitude and team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
