The Role
Hybrid-remote position: balance in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and task lists with precision.
Act as the communication hub between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
Handle administrative tasks: documentation, contracts, compliance, and billing support.
Prepare polished presentations, outreach materials, and client updates.
Communicate consistently via phone calls, text messages, and emails to keep projects aligned.
Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep everything moving smoothly.
Deliver service that reflects the expectations of luxury clients -- polished, discreet, and detail-oriented.
