POSITION TITLE: CNC Programmer
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $70,000
REVISED: March 3, 2024

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the CNC Programmer is responsible for performing diversified duties listed below. The CNC Programmer will perform all task in a timely manner and fallow the Winco core values.

This role interacts with internal staff in all departments.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Reading technical drawings, determining the sequence of machine operations and setting up the machines in accordance with these blueprints
Using computer software to program machines
Performing tests to ensure products meet design specifications and work successfully
Troubleshooting and repairing problems with machines and programs
Create set up sheets and process
Perform some machine repair such trouble shooting and outside support
Order and suggest new tooling and machines for continuous improvement
Ensure current programs are maintained for accuracy and current rev
Support the M.E. group with task and projects
Create CAD drawings
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and organized work areas
Good Work place relations internal and external
Other duties as assigned
