Qualifications:
Required:

• Master's degree or higher
• Supervisor (2+ years)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan (MI)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan (MI)
• Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan (MI)

Overview:
As a Supervisor in the Adult Behavioral Health Program, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of mental health services. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the community while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all administrative and clinical functioning of the program.
• Delivery of services to the institutions and client populations of the community served by the program.
• Provide after-hours coverage for crisis calls to support program staff as needed.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Regular working hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 7 pm, Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm.
• Flexible scheduling is available.
• Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required based on program needs.

Travel:

• Mileage Reimbursement when a personal vehicle is used - IRS standard. .64 per mile.
