Job Summary/Basic Function


Seeking a motivated Program Specialist to lead youth-focused workforce development activities for Project Success Coalition. This position helps young people explore career interests, develop job readiness skills, and prepare for future employment success.

Teach resume writing, interviewing, and job application skills. Guide youth in identifying career goals and workforce pathways. Facilitate engaging workshops and hands-on learning activities.


Required Qualifications


Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic workforce readiness topics. Experience working with youth is a plus Work study eligible
