Join a professional team to support individuals with intellectual challenges and autism in an environment of positive respect and energy. Our focus is to help individuals to maximize their independence, growth, and quality of life through skill building, community involvement, creativity, and self-advocacy. This position is based at our 13th Street location in our recently-redesigned state of the art program site as well as in the community. The successful candidate will be responsible inputting plan data for the program as well as providing community and/or home supports to consumers.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field with relevant experience preferred; however, an Associate's degree (or minimum of 60 hours of related college-level courses) combined with directly-related experience will also be considered. Strong communication and organizational skills and an acceptable driving record required. Successful candidate will have a collaborative spirit. DSP certification preferred, but will train.

This is a full-time Monday-Friday position--no weekends or evenings required.
