Description:
Maintain master schedules for all houses using the Human Resources Information System (HRIS),
determine which Direct Care Staff (DSP) can fill what vacancy.
Work closely with Program Manager with adjustments of any scheduling changes (Overtime issues)
Work closely with Trainer/recruiter and Program Manager to ensure staff follows CIS policy on Attendance.
Work closely with Trainer/recruiter to track and ensure what employees have read client books, and complete job shadow, orientation checklist, etc.
Assist with client filing & other duties
Review Timesheets for accuracy and calculate hours. (punch Edits daily)
