Program Manager - Financial Systems / Capital Markets
We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Project Manager with strong PMO experience, ideally coming from Financial Systems, Capital Markets, or Accounting Systems.
Role Overview:
You will lead large, cross-functional programs, ensuring delivery within PMO guidelines and timelines. This role involves partnering with global teams, driving end-to-end project execution, and serving as a key liaison across business and technology groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle delivery of major initiatives, from planning to implementation.
Work across multiple functions to manage complex, end-to-end programs.
Ensure governance, process redesign, controls, and target end-state alignment.
Translate business needs into clear technology requirements.
Manage status reporting, RAID logs, and working groups.
Oversee UAT planning, defect management, and JIRA reporting.
Provide updates to senior stakeholders.
Manage internal and vendor project resources.
Support growth and development of team members.
Requirements:
Strong track record delivering large, cross-functional initiatives in financial institutions.
Deep understanding of finance, risk, operations, data processes, and supporting technologies.
