We are hiring for a Program Manager position at Providence Health System Alaska in Anchorage, AK!
Schedule is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week; after hours support may be needed occasionally per business needs.

The Program Manager-Workforce Opportunities is responsible for the design and implementation of and ongoing administration of the apprenticeship program in partnership with the State of Alaska DOL/Workforce Development

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Education, Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Communications or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• Project Management experience; 1 year preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory or Mentor Experience
• Experience in workforce development.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
