Summary

:

Baptist Heath is looking for a Program Manager - Transformation to join their team. This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN

The Program Manager - Transformation will focus on developing, managing and leading large complex strategic system wide initiatives that will enable Baptist Health to expand, excel, align and advance. They will have a deep understanding of both Project Management and Process improvement methodologies with success as a trusted advisory within organizations with ability to influence leaders on key decisions with willingness to be transparent about delivery issues.

Essential Duties:

Provide input to the development and design of project management capability as well as develop processes and methods to monitor/organize portfolio of strategic work/initiatives. Ability to provide guidance, communicate, plan and set priorities with leadership and management staff at the system, regional and local level. Help senior team members establish processes for prioritizing, initiating, resourcing, monitoring strategic initiatives. Help coordinate and align project work/ initiatives with strategy office and finance to ensure alignment between initiatives and budgetary needs/ strategic plans for the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required (Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS) preferred) Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a track record of repeated success across a wide variety of functional areas PMP - Project Management Professional certification (Strongly Preferred) Lean Six Sigma certification required (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt desired)
