Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams in Audio Visual, Security, and Communications projects.
  • Supervise projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Take responsibility for preparing estimates, proposals, and bids, ensuring they are accurate, competitive, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
  • Oversee the financial performance of assigned programs, maximizing efficiency and profitability.
  • Design and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall service quality.
  • Act as the main client contact, maintaining excellent communication, satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety, security, and quality standards.
  • Guide, develop, and motivate team members to drive accountability and high performance.
Skills/Must have:
  • Extensive experience managing Audio Visual, Security, or Communications projects or programs.
  • Track record of success in estimating, bidding, and winning projects, contributing to business growth.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong financial skills with comprehensive P&L management experience.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.

Salary:
  • $120,000 - $130,000
